- Accounting and bookkeeping
- Business and financial advisory
- Corporate finance and fundraising advisory

What we do not provide
Statutory audit and auditing assurance services are explicitly outside our scope. We are not lawyers and do not provide legal advice. For matters requiring legal representation, we will refer you to qualified legal counsel.
3. Engagement of services
3.1 How an engagement begins
Every client engagement begins with a Customised Proposal that sets out:
- The specific scope of services to be delivered
- The fees and payment terms
- The timeline and key deliverables
- The name of your dedicated point of contact
- Any information or documents we require from you
An engagement is confirmed when both parties have agreed to the proposal — in writing (email confirmation is sufficient).
3.2 Free consultation
The free 30-minute consultation offered on our website is a no-obligation conversation. Attending a consultation does not create an engagement, does not obligate you to use our services, and does not obligate us to take you on as a client.
3.3 Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documents required for us to deliver your services
- Notify us promptly of any changes that may affect your engagement (e.g. change in income, new business activity, corporate events)
- Review and approve documents, filings, and returns before submission where required
- Pay fees as per the agreed payment terms
We are not liable for errors, penalties, or delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
4. Fees and payment
4.1 Transparent pricing
We commit to transparent pricing with no hidden charges. All fees are agreed in writing before any work begins.
4.2 Payment terms
Payment terms are set out in your individual Customised Proposal. Unless otherwise agreed:
- Fees are payable as specified in the engagement proposal (advance, milestone-based, or monthly retainer)
- Invoices are due within 7 days of issuance unless otherwise stated
- We reserve the right to pause or suspend work on your engagement if invoices are overdue by more than 30 days
4.3 Out-of-pocket expenses
If your engagement requires out-of-pocket expenses (government filing fees, stamp duty, professional disbursements, etc.), these will be communicated to you in advance and charged at cost with no markup.
4.4 Changes in scope
If the scope of your engagement changes materially, we will issue a revised proposal before proceeding. We will not perform significant additional work outside the agreed scope without written confirmation.
5. Confidentiality
We treat your financial information, business information, and personal data with strict confidentiality.
We will not disclose your information to any third party except:
- As required to deliver your services (e.g. filing with the Income Tax Department, GST portal, MCA, SEBI, or other regulators)
- Where you have given us explicit written consent
- Where required by law, court order, or regulatory authority
Our confidentiality obligations survive the end of your engagement with us.
You agree to keep confidential any proprietary methodologies, templates, or processes we share with you in the course of your engagement.
6. Intellectual property
6.1 Our work product
Reports, financial models, presentations, SOPs, and other documents we create for you as part of your engagement become your property upon full payment of the agreed fees.
6.2 Our tools and templates
Underlying methodologies, software tools, templates, and frameworks used to create deliverables remain the intellectual property of eazzfinance. You receive the outputs, not the tools.
6.3 Website content
All content on the eazzfinance website — text, guides, articles, design — is owned by eazzfinance. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute it without our written permission.
7. Limitations of liability
7.1 Nature of financial advice
Financial advice involves judgment, assumptions, and projections about uncertain future events. Past performance and historical data do not guarantee future outcomes. All advisory and planning work is provided in good faith based on the information available at the time.
7.2 Limit on liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, eazzfinance’s total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid by you for the specific engagement from which the claim arises.
7.3 Excluded losses
We are not liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses
- Loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of opportunity
- Penalties, fines, or interest charged by tax or regulatory authorities due to your failure to provide accurate or timely information
- Losses arising from your reliance on outdated information after you have ceased your engagement with us
- Any force majeure events including regulatory changes, system outages, or events beyond our reasonable control
7.4 Regulatory changes
Indian tax, GST, company law, and securities regulations change frequently. We keep our clients informed of material changes affecting their engagement, but we cannot guarantee that advice given under one regulatory framework will remain optimal if the law changes after advice is given.
8. Termination
8.1 By you
You may terminate your engagement with us at any time by giving written notice (email is sufficient). You remain liable for fees for work completed or in progress up to the date of termination.
8.2 By us
We may terminate an engagement if:
- Fees remain unpaid for more than 30 days after the due date
- You provide false or materially misleading information
- Continuing the engagement would require us to act in a manner that violates applicable law or professional standards
- There is a fundamental breakdown of the working relationship
On termination, we will provide all completed work product for which payment has been received.
8.3 Post-termination
Our confidentiality obligations and the limitations of liability in Section 7 continue after termination.
